Product Introduction
The Mining Support Anchor Plate is the core component of the mine roadway/tunnel anchor bolt support system. It is used in conjunction with anchor bolts, nuts, and anchoring agents to distribute the pressure of the surrounding rock and reinforce the roof and sides.
Working Principle
◆ Transmitting force: The pre-tightening force of the nut is evenly transmitted to the surrounding rock, forming the initial anchoring force;
◆ Withstanding load: The pressure from the surrounding rock is transmitted to the anchor rod, generating working resistance;
◆ Protecting the surface: Preventing the anchor rod from penetrating the surrounding rock and the mesh from falling off, and reinforcing the overall surrounding rock.
Materials and Specifications
Material: Q235 plain steel, Q355 manganese steel (high strength), surface can be galvanized for rust prevention.
