It is widely employed for reinforcing the surrounding rock of coal mines, metal mines, tunnel slopes, and underground chambers. The overall rod body adopts a continuous thread design throughout its length. It is used in conjunction with resin anchor agent, tray, nut, and washer. The anchoring is stable and the preload force is strong. It can achieve extended anchoring and full-length anchoring, and is suitable for complex fractured rock strata and high-pressure geological environments.
Material & Structure
Rod Body It is made of high-strength low-alloy threaded steel (HRB400 / HRB500 / Q355, etc.), which is formed by overall hot rolling. The entire section has continuous thread, without broken threads or weak welding points, and has excellent tensile and shear properties.

Working Principle
After the drilling machine makes the hole, a resin explosive cartridge is placed inside, and the anchor rod is screwed in for mixing and solidification.
The full-threaded rod body has a larger contact area with the anchoring agent, resulting in a more uniform distribution of anchoring force.
The nut is tightened to apply preload, and the tray is used to squeeze the surrounding rock.
By utilizing the suspension effect, the combined beam effect, and the compression reinforcement arch effect, the loose rock layer is locked together as a whole, effectively controlling the subsidence of the roof, the collapse of the side walls, and the detachment of rock blocks.
